Since 2013, POWER has celebrated the end of the year with a company trip to Cancun, Mexico. In 2019, the experience evolved into Quest—a three-day festival where employees create their own adventure through live music, wellness, and unique activities. In 2025, This Is Quest featured A-list performers, expanded wellness programming, interactive art installations, and unforgettable nightly concerts.
